Berkshire Hathaway Stein & Summers Opt For Virtual HomeServices During COVID
Business procedures are looking a little differently during Covid-19, especially for those in real estate, which has been deemed an essential business. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stein & Summers have been proactive in this time by offering a Virtual HomeServices program to the community.
“Safety for our agents and clients is currently our number one concern. When stay at home orders were placed, we had many people who were already in the process of buying and selling. In response, we created a program that allows us to help our clients from the beginning to the end from the safety of their own home. It has been a great success for our agents and clients this far.” says owner, Adam Stein.
Berkshire’s Virtual HomeServices consists of online meetings with clients, virtual home tours, electronic signing, and more. In the midst of this pandemic they have also created a new position in the company, Director of Marketing, which has been filled by Chelsea Becker.
“Beginning a new career during this pandemic has been interesting”, stated Becker. We are all embracing technology now more than ever, so for me it was the perfect opportunity to integrate myself into Berkshire Hathaway and be a resource for the agents. The best part about joining Berkshire so far for me is the sense of family within the group. Agents have been actively reaching out to the community offering to pick-up groceries, medicine, or just be a place of support. It is really great to see them coming from a place of contribution and shows how much Berkshire cares about the community.”
Chelsea has over 10 years experience in marketing, design, and technology. The last 4.5 years, Mrs. Becker was the Director of Marketing for a local real estate firm where her focus was specifically on real estate marketing, coaching, and technology.
